Teacher assigns pairs, learners take turns giving directions and plotting directions on maps. Learners collaborate to make corrections as needed.
-
Three learners volunteer to give directions to the class; class traces each route.
-
Teacher distributes Map Activity Dialogue sheet. Teacher models dialogue by selecting learners to take turns reading from each part. Learners review vocabulary.
